Step one: Call and schedule an appointment.
You have made the big decision to end your relationship. You can get advice even before you communicate that decision to your spouse so you know where you stand and what your options are. Your appointment is confidential.
You can call Sweetlove Family Law to make an appointment over the phone 0n 7226 3567 – Megan is happy to speak with you for 10 to 15 minutes to find out a bit about your case, before making your appointment. That short initial chat will also help you feel more comfortable with Megan for your appointment.
You can also email Megan at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a message using the enquiry form below.
Megan knows that it’s not always convenient, appropriate or safe for you to answer the phone so if there are best times to call you – make sure you include that in your message.
Step two: Meet your lawyer.
Your initial appointment is designed to discuss your specific family law situation and answer your questions. Megan will also talk to you about the options available to you to resolve your family law matter and whether there are any steps you can take yourself.
Step three: Determine what services you need.
If you decide Megan is the right lawyer for you, she will provide you a costs agreement giving you an idea of what your fees will be based on the complexity of your matter and an estimate based on assistance and services you need. And the two of you will agree on what steps should be taken next and when.
Get in touch and let’s have a chat. Megan is also available on Saturdays, by appointment. You can reach us on 08 7226 3567 or fill out your details here, and Megan will give you a call as soon as she can: [ninja_form id=1]
